Tiledly is designed as a fun, competitive daily mental sprint for human players worldwide. You agree to play fairly and uphold the integrity of our community:

• You agree not to use automated scripts, bots, macro software, memory injectors, or modified network packets to falsify or manipulate game scores.
• You agree not to attempt to disrupt, exploit, reverse engineer, or overload our leaderboard APIs and server infrastructure.
• We reserve the right to disqualify or filter out fraudulent or anomalous scores from the public global leaderboards.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All game mechanics, puzzle layouts, code, design, animations, trademarks, and visual assets associated with Tiledly are the proprietary property of Tiledly and its creators. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

You are warmly encouraged to share your generated result cards, daily stats, and challenge screenshots on social media!

3. Tiledly PRO & Subscriptions

Tiledly provides optional premium features ("Tiledly PRO") via one-time purchase or recurring subscription:

• Billing: Payments are processed securely via third-party processors (e.g. Stripe). Fees are disclosed clearly prior to checkout.
• Cancellation: You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time via your receipt email or customer portal. Access continues through the end of the paid billing cycle.
• Refunds: Digital purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered, except as required by applicable consumer law. If you encounter any technical issues with your purchase, please contact support.

4. Third-Party Links & Advertising

Tiledly displays non-intrusive advertisements served by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdSense). We do not control or endorse the content of third-party advertisements or websites linked from our services.
